Free cancellation

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hoursbefore the scheduled departure time, either via WhatsApp, phone, or directly through the confirmation you received from our ticketing provider.

Last-minute cancellations

No refunds are issued for cancellations notified less than 24 hours in advance, for no-shows on the day of the tour, or for leaving the premises before the tour ends.

Weather conditions

Edenva is not responsible for delays caused by weather or traffic conditions during transport. If the park must close activities for safety reasons, we will contact you to reschedule or refund your booking.
