1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or booking any Edenva tour (Zipline Tour, Edenva Park Pass), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings and payments

Bookings are processed through our external ticketing provider (FareHarbor). Published prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include what is specified in each tour's description.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before departure to be eligible for a refund. No refunds are issued for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or leaving the premises before the tour ends. See ourCancellation Policy for details.

4. Risk activities

Edenva offers outdoor adventure activities (including ziplines) that carry inherent risks. Edenva is not responsible for weather or traffic conditions during transport. Visitors must follow our guides' safety instructions at all times.

5. Use of this website

The content on this site (text, photos, branding) is the property of Edenva unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
